One of Brisbane's signature projects, West Village will eventually comprise eight apartment buildings and nearly one hectare of open space, including four leafy laneways and two parks. Restoration of the 1920s Peters Ice Cream factory heritage buildings are at the heart of the project, giving a significant part of history back to West End and Brisbane. Sustainability plays a key role in West Village's design with the project earning 'world leadership' status with the achievement of 6-star Green Star - Communities certification from the Green Building Council of Australia. West Village won the "best of the best" President's Award and Marketing Excellence Award at the UDIA* national awards in May 2020.
